I'm emailing everyone tomorrow with our full 2025 financial breakdown: what we made, how we spent it, and what's coming in 2026. But I wanted to reach out to the January crew first, because if you jumped on last January, you joined literally the first month subscribing was possible. This whole thing doesn't exist without you, and I'm very grateful you took the leap.

A quick preview of what's in tomorrow's email: we're moving our recommended price from $44 to $55 for new subscribers. The short version is that it costs us about $41 per subscriber per year to make and ship the zine and run the core of our business operations, and we'd like to bring in a little more than we spend. You won't be forced into this change. You'll renew at whatever you paid last year, and you can adjust up (to $55 or $77) or down (to $33) if you want to. I'll explain the full reasoning tomorrow and send a link to change your price if you'd like.
